Compliance with European legislation in force
The proceedings of the Nivaria Tech project complies with the Directive 2011/62/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 and the transposition of this directive in Spain in the Royal Decree 824/2010 of 25 June.
Compliance with the requirements of the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Medical Devices (AEMPS)
This agency is in charge of regulating and granting licenses for cannabis cultivation in Spain. The project already has the Acceptable of the AEMPS, for the development of its facilities and we are close to start the validation of the manufacturing process.
Agreement with public and academic institutions
Nivaria Tech has a great legal coverage and protection thanks to the agreement with the Vice-Rectorate for research of the public university ULL of the Canary Islands. Besides, the company belongs to the economic consortium authorised by the EU and Spain called “Canary Islands Special Zone” (ZEC).

Cutting-edge facilities
Our facilities are made up of 8 hectares of cropland, with a productive capacity of more than sixty tons of high-quality dried flower every year. These facilities are equipped with the most advanced modern technology specialized in cannabis cultivation.
Energy saving
The cultivation in natural light greenhouses reduces the ecological footprint of carbon and protects the environment. The maintenance of the facilities of Nivaria Tecnology Biogreen reduces electricity usage since artificial light or air systems are not necessary.

Facilities
Nivaria Tech has developed its cultivation and processing facilities, in accordance to GACP and GMP regulations.
In our GACP facilities, we have our own “mother plants” room where we preserve the selected genetics, rooting rooms for clone preparation, different vegetative areas to develop and grow the clones with a combined cycle of natural and artificial light, together with our flowering areas where we complete the cultivation cycle in greenhouses with natural light only.
Thanks to our GMP facilities, we have a processing capacity of 20 tonnes per year. Here, we carry out the entire drying, curing and packaging process in clean rooms, guaranteeing the integrity and safety of our flowers.

Nivaria Tech has specialised in the manufacture of GMP flower for its use in pharmaceutical grade, committing to an ecological and natural light cultivation, for a lower impact on its carbon footprint.
Together with our partner Avextra, we can provide GMP E.U. Flower, Full Spectrum, as well as standardised or master formulation products.
