Object: this Legal Notice regulates the use by users of the web pages contained in the Internet site http://nivariatech.com  (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by NIVARIA TECNOLOGY BIOGREEN, S.L., with registered office at Carretera al puertito s/n 38670 (Adeje), Santa Cruz de Tenerife and with C.I.F. B7682164444 registered in the Mercantile Register of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in volume 3672, folio 128, page TF64321 (hereinafter “Nivaria”).
